As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or minor variations in color, size, or pattern. ✅ Eligible Returns & Refunds
We do accept returns and process refunds under the following circumstances:
1. Damaged Products
If your item arrives significantly damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Required documentation:
- 📸 Clear photos or videos showing the damage
- 📦 A video of the unboxing process, clearly displaying the damaged item and its original packaging
Once we verify the damage:
- You’ll need to return the item in its original packaging
- We’ll offer either a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference
2. Incorrect Items Received
If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

- 📷 Photos or descriptions of the item received vs. the item ordered
We’ll promptly:
- Ship the correct item to you
- Cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect item
