These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services offered by Geetaakshi Deliteful Creations (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.


1. 👤 Eligibility

  • This website is intended for individuals and businesses purchasing handcrafted products for personal, gifting, event, or corporate use.

  • You must be 18 years or older to place an order.


2. 🛍️ Products, Prices & Availability

  • All items are handcrafted, and minor variations in color, size, texture, or pattern are natural and part of the artisanal process.

  • Prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice.

  • Product availability is limited; items may sell out or require production time.


3. 💳 Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

  • For custom or bulk orders, 100% advance payment is required to initiate production.

  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and select wallets (as shown at checkout).

  • Once placed, orders for ready items may not be modified. Custom orders cannot be changed once production begins.


4. 🧵 Production Timelines

  • Ready-to-ship items: Dispatch within 2–4 business days.

  • Customized/bulk orders: Production typically takes 5–10 business days, unless otherwise stated.

  • Timelines are estimates and may vary based on design complexity and order volume.


5. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship Pan-India from Mohali, Punjab. International shipping is available on request.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Delivery timelines depend on courier services; delays due to weather, strikes, or regulatory checks are beyond our control.

  • Tracking details are shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once dispatched.

  • If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipment charges may apply.


6. 🔁 Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and often customized nature of our products:

  • No returns or refunds for change of mind or minor artisanal variations.

  • Customized items are final sale, except in cases of verified damage or shipment error.

We offer replacements or refunds only in the following cases:

a) Damaged in Transit

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide:

    • 📸 Clear photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging

    • 📦 A continuous unboxing video showing the sealed parcel and product

  • Upon verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. The item may need to be returned in original packaging.

b) Incorrect Item Received

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share:

    • 🧾 Order number

    • 📷 Photos/descriptions of the item received and expected

  • We’ll send the correct item and cover return shipping for the incorrect one.

Processing:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Return shipping is covered only for damaged or incorrect items.

7. ❌ Cancellations

  • Ready items: Cancellable within 12 hours of order placement, if not yet dispatched.

  • Custom/bulk orders: Non-cancellable once production begins.

  • Eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.


8. 🎨 Customization & Approvals

  • For personalized items (names, dates, colors, branding), ensure accuracy at the time of order.

  • Where design proofs are provided, production begins only after written approval.

  • Delays in approvals may extend production timelines.

  • Minor color differences may occur due to screen settings or material batch variations.


9. © Intellectual Property

All content, designs, photographs, logos, and product descriptions are owned by or licensed to Geetaakshi Deliteful Creations and protected under applicable IP laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.


10. 🌐 Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operations, or attempt unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for fraudulent/suspicious activity.


11. 🛡️ Warranty Disclaimer

Our website and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.


12. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, or for delays/failures due to events beyond our control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) in question.


13. 🔐 Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and use personal information to process orders, provide support, and improve services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways; we do not store full card details.


14. 🏛️ Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Courts at Mohali, Punjab (or update as preferred).

You agree to attempt amicable resolution via written notice before initiating legal proceedings.


15. 🔄 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest revision.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
